When you submit a form, we collect the name, contact details, vehicle interests, shopping preferences (including optional financing-related answers), trade or sale vehicle details, uploaded vehicle photos, message, and contact preference you provide to respond to your inquiry. Form information is processed and stored by Netlify, the website hosting and forms provider. If configured, submission notifications are sent to Toby Stone at TRScarsales@live.com. Inquiry information may be shared with the licensed selling dealership as necessary for handling your inquiry and recording leads in its approved system.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank details, loan account numbers, identification documents, or payment information through these forms or in uploaded photos. Trade-in submissions are requests for review, not guaranteed offers; any valuation is subject to inspection and verification. Photos and other submission details may be accessible through the Netlify dashboard and notification links. Submission does not reserve a vehicle or guarantee an appointment.
